This rehabilitation hospital offers services to individuals with a combination of brain injury and alcohol or other drug addiction. These services are available to individuals with brain injury who are cognitively able to participate in the program. The center has nursing staff that have specialized training in chemical addiction and brain injury.

This organization offers a variety of services such as primary care, behavioral health, crisis intervention, psychological testing, family therapy and many other services. In addition, the agency has a Navajo Way emergency assistance project. This project assists residents of the Navajo Nation who are in need of food, shelter, and transportation. This assistance may only be given to an individual, or family members of an individual, who need to temporarily stay in the Albuquerque area due to a family member's medical condition. A referral from a surrounding hospital is required to qualify.

This agency handles referrals to community health representatives, job training and placement, substance abuse, and food distribution for all Sandoval county residents. Energy assistance and elderly programs are available to tribal members of any of the five Sandoval pueblos.

This agency offers an assistance program to homeless veterans. The agency owns and operates a motel where homeless veterans can stay for up to two years. They also have an employment services program where individuals can receive work training and other employment related assistance.
